To the Federal Republic of Nigeria,  

And to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,

Education must not exist for form.

It must exist for function.

An educational system that does not produce capability weakens national development.

An educational system that produces function strengthens it.

## THE PROBLEM

Where education is not aligned with function:

- knowledge remains theoretical  

- skills remain underdeveloped  

- outcomes do not meet national needs
